Pros – Some of the people I work with have been with the product lines for a long time and know customer expectations.

Cons – The commercial group makes new product introductions all the time, manufacturing struggles to keep up.

Advice to Senior Management – You need to determine your capability, and sell to your customer based on your capability.

Cons – Facility is isolated from main/bigger ones,so grow is rather limited.

Advice to Senior Management – Find more advancement position for good people that is willing to grow and move up

Pros – Flexible hours and people. The people that I worked with were great to be around and helpful when problems arose. The benefits are as good or better than any other employer I've had. They have great resources for improving yourself and investing in your career.

Cons – While I was there, there were 3 re-organizations and 2 re-structurings. These changes had a very negative affect on the moral and reduced productivity. Upper management struggled with the direction of the technology section and good people started to leave the organization.

Pros – The company culture is amazing and the people you work with really show that they care about the company. The salary is also very competitive as an additional perk.

Cons – The interview process was slow and took longer than what I felt was necessary, but the opportunity was more than worth it.
