Pros – Working for CAFCU was rewarding and you are able to help a lot of people. They do a good job telling you when you do a good job.

Cons – Give good people more and more work without any additional income. Does not promote based on job but based on who you know.

Pros – The people who work there are some of the best people. Working with the members is very rewarding.

Cons – It is more of who you know. If you work hard they just put more on you. They do not offer any more money they just want you to keep working without offering anything for you. Management does not care about the employees

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees and do not promote just based on who you are friends with.

Pros – Working with the customers is very rewarding. They are the source of gratitude, knowing you've done a good job.

Cons – There is a lack of any kind of professional standards, employees in same position can be held at different expectations. There is no structured training or provision of job expectations and Management takes no responsibility or follow-up for the lack of it.
