Pros
Work Life balance

Leaves
International Exposure (Daily interaction with US-UK folks)
Trips abroad
Remote Managers, hence there's no one to monitor you 24x7
Cons
Flat learning curve
Uninspiring Managers
Unfair HR Dept- A no. of performers were fired w/o any discussions during recession.
No Clarity on JD of IJPs
Advice to Senior Management
The Indian management team has a lot to improve. Some directors of CPS/IRPD keep an unnecessary check on employees of other practices which I totally disapprove.
Pros
Great Work Culture
Great Team mates
Lot of opportunity to learn new things (limited to what the company does)
Great Compensation
Cons
Promotions dependent on Managers Desire
Managers can be incompetent at times
Advice to Senior Management
Stop promoting incompetent people to Manager and Senior Manager level
Pros
Very easy to get leaves and off time, no questions asked!
Cons
Incompetent managers.
No scope for learning and development.
Biased review system.
Dated technology.
Self proclaimed "Best in the industry".
Millions of best practice research but the irony is none is implemented within the organisation.
No training and development of employees, employees are least valued
and I can go on...
Advice to Senior Management
Implement the best practices within the organisation.
Hire people with good management skills. Do look beyond their top ranked degrees, in terms of experience and knowledge.
Pros
Interesting place, good for fresh graduates, best if you get placed in right verticals, compensation very competitive, good culture
Cons
do not work themselves on models or analysis, only produce reports on best practices to be adopted by the companies. you have to be able to placed in the right vertical to be able to proceed rightly in your career ahead.
Advice to Senior Management
Needs to be more competitive
Pros
Full points for work-life balance
Smart people to work with
Transparency in systems
Employee opinions counted
Strong reward and recognition systems
Cons
Job roles not challenging enough
Not enough scope for client interaction
The senior management seems lost about whats happening in company
Not enough opportunity for rotation to different global offices
Advice to Senior Management
Excessive decentralization is not taking the company anywhere
Pros
If you're fresh out of college, undecided about your future, and in no rush to get on with your life, it's a good place to just 'hang out' at an entry-level position. Also, if you have a few years of experience in consulting or operations, and are looking for a 9-to-5 and a reasonable paycheck at a mid-managerial position, this is a perfect place for you.
Cons
Research roles are not very challenging at all - if you have a bachelors degree, you are perhaps over-prepared for the role. Account management positions are a good opportunity to interact with C-level executives, but due to the nature of the 'product' being sold, they are not as exciting as traditional consulting roles.
Advice to Senior Management
You guys are doing a great job, the business model is highly sustainable, although there doesn't seem much scope for growth any more - wait for a favorable quarter, and sell your stock on any upswing.
