    Pros

There are some nice people working here / management passes the nice test, but not the competent test. Unfortunately they have lost most of their brilliant talent.

    Cons

Just close your eyes and picture a company that over promises and under delivers. They really need much better leadership, organization and processes. They want to take over responsibility for the mission critical applications or leading edge app development for big customers, but they are like a cat fighting its way out of a bag. Clueless and not getting any better.

    Advice to Management

Find another type of business to run.

    Pros

If you are not very competent, and cannot find a job elsewhere, Corpus will most certainly give you the opportunity. Historically, they have been a body shopping company, and cannot take their mind off that mentality. They had a good run earlier, till a few accounts (major ones) backfired, and things fell through.

    Cons

Private company, with no growth plans, confused management and direction having various flavors of the year strategies.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together and build a company on fundamentals, rather run around in various directions. It can return to glory if you build an offshoring story and market it well. Of course, you have to build a strong India base as well, and not one that one feels ashamed of, while showcasing to clients.

    Cons

-Giving Big positions to Non qualified people. And their decision leading to Other employee dissatisfaction (Hr Position) . - Always make false promises

    Advice to Management

Please understand the employees and their needs. How employer thinks of employee basing on that only end results will be managed.

I worked at Corpus Inc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fair Salary Does well as a body shopping company.

    Cons

    1. Senior management in Bangalore is incompetent. 2. Offer letters have salary divided into Fixed and Variable where the payment of Variable pay is not certain and generally not paid in full. 3. CEO lacks objective and goal to run this business. He is interested in getting quick returns with zero investiment. 4. Sells lies and ppt's rather than real products and talent. Poor ethics. 5. Poor and incompetent HR in Bangalore 6. Poor and unfriendly work environment.

    Advice to Management

    1. Understand that any new idea needs investimant and patience. 2. Hire competent COO to oversee bangalore business 3. Stop selling lies as customers these days are smart! 4. Have a clear direction and hire good talent and create good work environment

    Advice to Management

Streamline the company structure and ensure information flow to all parts of the company otherwise good people will leave. Bring accountability.
