Pros
the people really make the difference
Cons
micro - managed by the US
Pros
The parent company has the potential to meet all budgetary goals, if the regional executives were able to have more control and less corporate over site.
The budgetary restraints limit the ability of the management to hire intelligent employees, leaving the region with the scraps.
Cons

Budgets are not in accordance with lofty expectations.
HR provides sub-par applicants and inept new hires.
I need a new company provided vehicle.
Advice to Senior Management
Ask me personally.
Pros
Time goes by quickly, friendly work atmosphere, and you gain lots of responsibility. There's plenty of room to grow or transfer.
Cons
Stressful during busy times, no bonuses of any kind other than safety incentives.
Advice to Senior Management
Give a Christmas bonus if the office does well.
Pros
With the insituform takeover, Corrpro is still running around like an amalgam of small companies. That helps with allowing for very distinct specialization.
Cons
The same amalgam of small companies attitude causes tons of replication of effort, and keeps most people in the dark about any processes going on.
