    Great Salary for the work I was required to preform

    Cons

    No paid time off as contractor no matter how long you are working an assignment. No communication about contract renewals when a client chooses to keep you.

    Advice to Management

    Tell the contractor when an assignment has been extended.

    Pros

    My co workers are decent people. Potential to build a great professional and personal network.

    Cons

    Supervisors only care about themselves and their personal gains, they do not care about the employees. If for some reason you need to miss work, even for a medical reason, they go by a point system once you reach six points you are ultimately terminated. I have also heard from numerous sources through the manufacturing company for whom we are contracted to support, that we are supposed to be getting paid $14/hour, but we are only receiving pay for $8/hour. Some of the supervisors are former employees of a Stafflogix, whom was investigated for pocketing employee bonuses, that were meant for every member.

    Advice to Management

    I suggest you keep an eye on all of your contract operations and supervisors, otherwise you will be sued, and/or have a Department of Labor investigations to deal with.

    Pros

    The only good thing i can say is about the nice recruiter who recruited me.... Very professional and pleasant.

    Cons

    No face to face contact , employs Californians with jobs and are based in Georgia! Seems as if a scam especially what happened to me! I Never got paid! Set up direct deposit , seen check stubs online but never received a dime in my account.

    Advice to Management

    Get your payroll in order when it comes to paying your employees who have had trouble receiving direct deposits.

    Pros

    You get a job, I suppose.

    Cons

    Lazy, take hours to days to respond to emails, lack empathy, don't seem to care if you don't get your paycheck on time, incompetent for a number of reasons, etc.

    Advice to Management

    Tell your associates to double check the account number they are sending money to so my paycheck doesn't end up in the wrong account, causing me to receive my paycheck five days late. Tell them to respond to their emails and expedite the hiring process. Have them send all necessary documents by email in one email rather than multiple over the course of many days so that it doesn't take a week for me to be able to start work.

    Well it was Stafflogix that I chose to work for because they provided the workers a meaningful agreement with workers needs

    Cons

    The downside of working for cortech is the lack of respect to the workers in changes to agreement without reasonable explanation

    reason with workers and share intensions behind changes to agreement and not treat them as slaves

    Pros

    They got me a temp job and was efficient with paperwork. Other companies would call or email me to try to get something started, but never returned back. CorTech did!

    Cons

    At this time I don't have any cons about anything beings though it is to soon to evaluate.

    Just keep everyone happy!

    Non that I would think of.

    Cons

    The agency offer absolutely no benefits other than the base pay. Processes of employment is lengthy and often frustrating. Every time you call Cor-Tech personnel, you get an answering machine and the turn around call vary from 2 days to never. The agency do not protect their contract employees interest. A person can get let go of his/her job without legitimate reason and the agency will not investigate.

    Advice to Management

    Change your style of management and please do an audit of your personnel.
