    Pros

    - Learn new things - Pay is reasonable

    Cons

    - Upper Management is unprofessional and cowtows to the CEO - 20% of the company brings in 80% of the revenue (e.g. most of the company doesn't pull its weight) - Money Losing business units (PON and Digital Home) have wasted about $200M in investment, most of which was profit from Transport products - Most major decisions must go to CEO and his whims of the day

    Advice to Management

Sell the company to Broadcom or someone else with skilled board of directors and upper management
