    Pros

Great company with a strong vision for the companies future and the ability to execute. The people are great and everyone works hard to provide the highest level of Customer Service. They are laser focused on taking care of their employees and customers.

    Cons

With any growing organization there are small growing pains but they are still very flexible and dynamic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't under estimate the value and portfolio you bring to the market.

    Pros

*Mostly great people with great personalities
    *Great social activities
    *Great community efforts

    Cons

*Leadership needs to be improved and I think that it starts with the head

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a moment to think about the bigger picture and not just the here and now. You have great people that work for your company, but I believe whether they say it or not they need & want a TRUE leader and not just someone ONLY interested in monthly numbers. I think that the frequent amount of layoffs & turnover that occurs for such a small company can be prevented with better structure and by not "putting the cart before the horse".

    I have been working at Corus360 full-time

    Pros

There are some really nice and friendly people who work here
Very slow pace, so there's time to do other things
    Free food most days

    Cons

Very slow pace and extreme inefficiency. They measure productivity by the amount of hours spent in the office instead of the quality of the work.
No performance metric = no room for promotion. The people doing the most work are overlooked while people who have been there a long time are being paid to do very little. Management takes credit for the work of others.
Little to no room for career advancement
    Inexperienced, inflexible, and prideful management
    Incredible amount of micromanagement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow your workers to do their work and actually have input on projects. Lose your pride - you can't be right all of the time. Favoritism is rampant in the office. Start measuring people by their merit and reward people for being efficient. Spending a long time on something doesn't mean that someone is working harder, it means they need to work smarter. If you're going to be a manager, you have to be a leader - hold yourself to the same standards you set on other people.
