Needs to move in a new direction and tie up old projects

    Operations (Current Employee) Stafford, TX

ProsSalary is above average compared to other companies

ConsLacks direction to help employees progress. No 401K match, no tuition assistance, you will be expected to do the work of two ppl.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease take care of your employees, the company should not only invest in "new Products" it needs to get a handle on retaining their current employees.

    Frustrating from day one.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Stafford, TX

ProsThe offices are located in a great area in Sugar Land.

ConsThe leadership is very weak and they make no moves to improve their skills especially their people skills. There is a cultural clash between the Spaniards and the Americans, yet leadership seems to ignore it or they promote it. This is not a healthy environment to work in; there is a silent tension that runs through the American employees because they are made to feel like second class citizens. If you want to wake up every morning looking forward to work - this is not the place for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou can't get from Good to Great by repeating your same mistakes over and over again. You have to learn to appreciate your employees and not just use them up until they can't take it any more and leave. Talking about reducing the 40% turnover rate but not doing anything about the situation is just lip service.

    It's okay

Marketing Coordinator (Former Employee) Stafford, TX

ProsIt's a privately held company with room for employees to expand their responsibilities, mostly because, although it's a leader in its industry (natural stone applications, blah), it has a lot of headway in its marketing and operations still left in order to be a productive and effective company overall.

ConsSOPs were inefficient and the nepotism was absurd

    Advice to Senior Managementum.. what?
