    poor quality of service for staff, work 10 to 14 hours a day expensive bar,

    I worked at Costa Crociere full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    visiting a lot of countries , you eat and live on board so you don't spend a lot of money , you can improve your english , you can meet a lot of people from different countries.

    Cons

    no rest day , you will work about 10 hours a day , if you work as receptionist you will have to manage customers complaint all the day, the food is terrible in the staff mess , sometimes the water is not clean and you have to wash yourself with brown water , maybe you are non on duty but you cannot go out from the ship because there is the boat drill for the employers.

    Advice to Management

    the management is crazy , they think that they are God in that ship , they don't treat you right
