Good pay, decent benefits, paid time off. Decent work place
Cons
Horrible management, belittling environment, micro manage regular employees. They made it so very difficult to move up and provide help as they see fit, nepotism at its best truly.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't play favorites give the same chances to all the employees oversee every type of promotions to prove nepotism is not at play.
