    Pros

Flexible schedule they are willing to accommodate ANYONE dumb enough willing to work for them

    Cons

FRAUDULENT , WATCHING COWORKERS DO GROUP,OR NOT TREATING BUT CHARGING FOR NON WORKED MINUTES- Working with unskilled , unethical therapists and rehab director

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they are worth stop hiring the bottom of the barrel unskilled therapists, and hold people accountable-
You keep hiring warm bodies to get RUG levels, but you are losing out any of the good therapists whom you might have acquired-especially when you hire warm bodies for the sake of making RUGS-
you can not continue to do bad things and expect great results !
    I QUIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Pros

The pay, benefits and bonuses are great. Pretty small company so everyone knows each other and everyone* seems pretty nice

    Cons

    * New IT management spends their entire day examining and critiquing your every move. As soon as they hire a new technical analyst, they're out the door within a month. It's very sad. The CEO, Curtis Stitt is a very nice man but I think he's clueless when it comes to his IT department.

    Advice to Management

Take some management courses and focus on the IT department as a whole.
