Pros
Good stable company, with decent benefits that does try to look out for and do for its employees.
Cons
Work standards not communicated or enforced. Poor performers have not been dealt with, and with recent layoffs, moral is low.
Advice to Senior Management
Begin with managers and supervisors to enfoce consistency and accountabilty.

* Keen eye for existing brands and making them an even bigger success story
* Great people
Cons
Information technology department is totally underfunded and understaffed however the business continues to ask for more giving less. The current IT staff is being burned out as no investment is done in full time employees, everything is "filled" with contract or outsourced services what is a big issue for a fast growing org.
Advice to Senior Management
Spend more on IT and get more FTEs on board so the company is protected by folks who care. The growth is not sustainable buy relying on outsiders.
Pros

My direct management team is competent and says "thank you" when "thank you" is due
They do seem to care about professional growth
Cons
Some projects are too rushed.
Systems are not as good as it could be.
Some processes are "patched together," not very efficient, and pron to errors.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing what you have been doing, showing employees you care.
Perhaps some internal training programs can be helpful too.
More sharing, more communication.

Continue making acqusitions without growing resources piling additional work on already overworked employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Review so called HR & Company remuneration policies and realize that the cost of constantly hiring & training new people to replace high employee turnover is a lot expensive than retaining already developed and talented people still in the organization.
