    Pros

Good Pay, Many Wonderful People, Progress in the making, could be a wonderful prosperous company with good benefits.

    Cons

Need better HR Dept. They do not work well with the general population, they are too busy using their positions to excel themselves and not listening to the common worker or explaining things better to them in simple terms so that issues could be resolved without causing people hurt and agony.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to admit when you are wrong and correct the situation without making the wronged person suffer the damages of your mistake.

    Pros

If you work in the manufacturing part of the company, it is a nice and clean place to work with very nice people.

    Cons

In the manufacturing section of the company the pay is rotten, without overtime. There is probably not a car in the parking lot that is worth more than $ 10,000.00 which reflects the level of pay. No room for advancement, and management goes through people like water over a waterfall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start paying your people more than minimum wage.

    Pros

Management is committed to improving processes, and adding a value back to business. Will train employees in best in class process and business strategy. High importance on growth of the company, will train and promote the right people.

    Cons

The "right people" get promoted again and again. Its all about being polished at Coty. Career growth is slow unless you have the right boss. Lots of shuffling of people in the same departments until they get it right. Many people have very stressful workloads, little resources are provided unless its absolutely necessary to performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please! Less middle management layers, let your managers work! Do we need to have 5 bosses?

    Pros

They have a great product portfolio and brand recognition. Good pay and room for growth, but only in certain locations.

    Cons

Growing too fast to stay organized and keep up with itself. Needs to take inventory of thins before moving forward with projects, but doesn't, and so employees suffer.

    Pros

Coty is full of very nice and intelligent people and has great program for interns. You will get credit for your work and senior people will actually want to talk to you. Employees get summer Fridays and a nice holiday break.

    Cons

Can sometimes be a little disorganized. Have to pay for a snack in the vending machine, none provided. Currently in the process of moving to the Empire State Building.
