I worked at Countrywide Full Spectrum
Pros – The training is excellent and that's about it.
Cons – Military style management...think "Boiler Room." Unethical sales practice is encouraged by management. Upper management is completely unaware of these practices or at least they pretend to be unaware. Professional growth is dependent on politics rather than performance.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote better healthier working environment as morale is exceedingly low and have ethics as a foundation of the business model.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I worked at Countrywide Full Spectrum
Pros – Pros: Before the bonus structure was changed, there was a potential for an extra $1,500 a month
Cons – Cons: Long hours, Bad management, low pay, STRESSFUL at the end of the month!!!
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize how hard your employees work, help them out instead of blaming them for lower monthly numbers

I worked at Countrywide Full Spectrum
Pros – Back when it was still in existence, Countrywide had a reasonably satisfactory corporate culture. Management did not go out of it's way to make life difficult for its employees, at least not without good reason.
Cons – Countrywide could serve as a cautionary tale: if something seems to good to be true, it probably is. Corollary: if something appears unethical, it likely is as well.
Advice to Senior Management – Former management could offer this advice to others: don't be like us!
