Pros
Autonomy and able work with various departments and people. It was not difficult work but the day flew by really fast. I did like the fact that there was a cafeteria.

Pros
Great work environment, led by solid management, and offering excellent salary potential. Underwriting guidelines were not overly tough and we worked as one unit with the operations department
Cons
At times it was very difficult to close loans. Upper management offered harsh criticism despite not being in the office very much.
Advice to Senior Management
Management could spend more time in the actual branch offices. Also, they can work with operations to decrease amount of time required to approve loans
Pros
CHL has good intentions upon hiring qualified candidates for employment. They attempt to provide a strong foundation to build upon during the first few weeks of employment.
Cons
They do not execute on the foundation they provide to employees. Their employees are over tasked and under utilized as far as the employees skill sets are concerned. They also don't provide career pathing for employees who inquire about career growth.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep in mind that a strong foundation leads to a strong structure that allows the company to grow if fostered correctly.
Pros
Base salary and inside office environment. The computers seemed to have a decent speed. The furniture was nice. That's about it.
Cons
The pay was horrible. They lied to clients and gave false hopes of high commissions. The leads had been recycled for years.
Advice to Senior Management
Close the doors. Seel your company, and treat both your employees and customers right. The reputation went down do to lack of professionalism.
Pros
Good pay and benefits, very committed employees, use latest in technology. Decent opportunity for learning and trying new business processes and technologies
Cons
Product releases are too slow cos of the hierarchies
Advice to Senior Management
None
Pros
Got to spend a lot of time out of the office on company time!
Cons
But this time was spent running errands for my female VP boss doing such things as picking up her stuff from the dry cleaners and having her coffee ready when she showed up.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to employees when they separate on how they were treated.
