I have been working at Covenant Services full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is great , the account manager and I have a great working relationship . Rules are very common sense in nature . Opportunities for growth once hired .

    Cons

At times being a supervisor , it can be stressful. The clients wishes most of the times overrides the companies rules .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow middle management more freedom to discipline and correct employee actions , instead of just the account manager having that authority .
