    I worked at Covidien

    Pros

Great benefits! Continuous learning on site. Most off all "most" co-workers are great to work with.

    Cons

Watch out for the back stabers who pretent to be ur friends but throw u under the bus to get in good graces with their Directors. Lots of snitches who want to get promoted. Mgmt sucks top down!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stil stuck in the "old boy mentality" especially with middle mgmt. Get rid of the dinasouurs
Medtronic, get rid of ALL mgmt. Dead weight. Value ur employees in North Haven.

You either win or lose with interning. You'll have a manager who keeps you very busy or one where you end up sitting around most of the time. Pay was good. Others in the intern program are great!
