I worked at Cowen Herzog Entertainment full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Very talented group of people in all phases of entertainment from top to bottom.

    Cons

Poor management and structure. Leadership is there, but not there. Systems are out-dated or non-existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You've got the best people, now support those people with the right systems.

I have been working at Cowen Herzog Entertainment full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Good bunch of people to work for, easy hours and low-stress projects. Plenty of time to do even simple jobs, deadlines ranged from days to literally weeks for tasks that may only take hours.

    Cons

Projects, while low-stress, were also low-end. No major campaigns to work on, the majority of design work there is on DVD menus. Also extremely cheap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to expand the producer staff and bring in more diverse projects, stop focusing on the dead market for Content.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
