    Pros

Awesome work environment, very positive. Great pay, great opportunities, fun atmosphere. I loved working here.

    Cons

Metrics are very strict and constantly changing. Meeting numbers can be very stressful at times. They could have a better work and life balance. I was actually there for about a year, I ended up having a family emergency, my mother was terminally ill with cancer, couldn't stay in the hospital so I had to take care of her. I wasn't at Cox for a full year so I didn't qualify for FMLA. I was promised by my manager if I resigned I would have a job once I am available to return. I've been trying to get rehired for over a year now, and they keep denying me. I am unable to contact anyone to find out why and that's probably the only problem I've ever had with this company.

    Advice to Management

    REHIRE ME!

    Pros

This is a company that has lots of opportunity. You have control of where you want to go, and the managers will do everything they can to assist you in getting there. As long as you can show up to work, be honest, and do your job, you will have no issues. Store management is excellent, as well as their leaders who always have a positive outlook. The management does better than most to accommodate you in anyway that they can, regardless of whether you've been with the company for 5 months or 5 years. The benefits are great!

    Cons

Hours are better than most retail but still require some Saturdays and evenings. In all my years of customer service, I haven't found a tougher customer base to adjust to. The customers are trained here, so bring your skills and a good attitude and you'll be fine.

    Advice to Management

Store could benefit from opening an hour earlier and closing an hour earlier each day as slammed in the morning and dead in the evenings.. could help with work/life balance as well.
