Pros

radio rocks! Broadcasting can be a rewarding career. There is no better place to be in radio, than at Cox Radio. People are treated fairly. Senior Management has an open mind... there is no managing from an "ivory tower"... no flying at 35,000 feet. They get it. They get how hard things are these days and they are willing to get their hands dirty with us.

Cons

It can be trying some times. You have to work your bottom off in this business. If you aren't willing to evolve with this business than it could be tough, if not fatal for your career.
