Current Employee – been working at Crane Worldwide Logistics
Pros – Growing company with excellent potential. New headquarters building should be a great facility to work in.
Cons – Sometimes growing too fast. Right now the location is more warehouse than professional. Pay is low compared to similar companies. Try to put it off on future incentives as compensation.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your valued employees a fair market wage. Recognize they have lives outside Crane. Hold people accountable for their actions.

Current Employee – been working at Crane Worldwide Logistics full-time for less than a year
Pros – On site gym, on site deli, beautful office building, flexible work schedule
Cons – racist, upper managment has no clue of what they are doing, must be in the white male club if you plan to be promoted, much butt kissing, lies to get you in the building once in you are screwed.
Advice to Senior Management – start over and try again
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – The company is growing and expanding rapidly.
Possible career growth possibility if company financial growth goals are meet.
Higher than average monitary incentives.
Cons – Lack of clear operating and financial guidance set by executive management.
Company is being sold to customers as a class leading IT structure. In actuality, IT is years behind the competitIon.
Operating system is slow to work with, including many manual work arounds.
Lack of work and personal life. Most of which could be corrected with better IT and/or better management.
Too many high level managers/executives hired from other companies, lack of desk level employees to complete work load.
Management lacks direct involvement. Manages from 50,000 feet, rather than getting their hands dirty.
No real company structure. Every facilty operates in a different manner.
Advice to Senior Management – Take a moment to see what is actually happening, rather than reacting after there is an issue.
Set accountability boundaries for positions.
Less higher level hires, company needs more desk level employees.
Improve external and internal IT systems.

Current Employee – been working at Crane Worldwide Logistics
Pros – Company is growing very fast. Try to maintain high employee morale. Opportunities abound, if you're in "the club" - all white male
Cons – No work-life balance. Expected to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week - not just during busy season, but all the time. Management has tunnel vision: they see only what they want to see and not any other priority. Operations is everything, who cares about IT, HR, Finance...?
Advice to Senior Management – Everyone in this company contributes to the succcess of the team: stop discounting the contributions of the support staff.
