I worked at Crawford & Company full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Always busy and the days fly by. There's always someone willing to help you out if you need it and you never feel dumb asking a question - even if it's a dumb question.

    Cons

Busy, busy, busy and high stress job with high claim count. Not much in the way of co-worker bonding. Lots of overtime opportunity (which is both a pro and con) and not much room for growth. Not much in the way of training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need more time spent training employees, especially those who are eager to learn.
