    Too much, for too little.

    ProsMy co workers were fun to work with. Training helps you in any customer service and retail job you will have.

    ConsToo much stress and pressure on associates, with no compensation or even acknowledgement of hard work. Keeps raising goals, while business keeps getting worse. The upper management seem to look down on the sales associates, and too overbearing. Designs are constantly being reused, despite them not selling.

    Advice to Senior ManagementSell out now.

    Great experience between 2006-2009. Poor experience between 2011-2012

    Pros- Decent vacation package among its peers
    - Formerly had great medical/dental with low premiums
    - Ability to interact with people from all over the world

    Cons- Product has deteriorated in quality due to cost-cutting measures
    - Management lays blame on Sales Associates for slow sales without taking into account changing consumer habits due to the Great Recession
    - Often incompetent and sycophantic store managers who care not for their employees

    Advice to Senior Management- Stop the "blame game."
    - Lower prices on the products to make them a better value
    - Treat your employees with more respect as you once did before the Great Recession

    Great until the Company decided to change from it's core values

    ProsLocal Executive Management and staff. They know their customer base, give their all each sale and excelle in customer service

    ConsBenifits do not cover domestic partners when all other companies in the area do. Company does not fully understand the labor laws of the surrounding, which differ greatly from the ones in Hawaii. Lack of support from corporate entities towards staff.
