Former Employee – worked at Creative Channel Services full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Overall this was a great place to work. Client could be difficult, but that is why they're successful.
Cons – Lose a big client and lose a lot of great people. It's unfortunate, you feel after years and years the company is a career, not just a stop.

Current Employee – been working at Creative Channel Services part-time for less than a year
Pros – You work from your home and the bosses are far away.
Cons – The compensation is based on activations per hour and very few attain it. No marketing materials supplied. No realistic training is provided. Bosses are great at giving hollow promises and want more work that if you clocked in for affects the highly unattainable sales commission.
Advice to Senior Management – Help your people make sales. Stop berating them like children. Give employees the marketing tools needed to make sales.

Former Employee – worked at Creative Channel Services
Pros – Wonderful co-workers. These are some of the best people I have ever worked with.
Cons – Senior management has grand ideals and relentlessly spouts off about their vision and values, but yet they do not uphold their own ideals through their actions.
Advice to Senior Management – It is difficult to change inherent core values and talking about it more is not going to make that happen. It needs to be a fundamental shift from the top in action, not words.

Current Employee – been working at Creative Channel Services
Pros – this is a company that really knows how to take care of its people. the leadership team has developed a great culture. I'm very fortunate to be here, especially in this economy.
Cons – Sometimes we focus too much on growth, which can be hard on people. We feel recognized, but that doesn't mean it's not hard.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that we stop to smell the roses a bit more. We are doing really good work and sometimes we need to pause to reflect on what we've achieved.

Current Employee – been working at Creative Channel Services part-time for more than a year
Pros – As a freelancer in an economy that has drastically lowered my income, this is a way to add a few dollars and improve my sales skills. Management is fairly responsive and provides excellent training materials.
Cons – While the hourly pay seems adequate, the company as a matter of policy, does not pay gas mileage or for travel time. This can drastically reduce the effective hourly rate as well as put considerable miles on your car. While there is good flexibility for scheduling dates, there is none for the hourly shifts.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay the rep for travel time and gas. Negotiate with the client for more flexibility in hours and schedule.

Former Employee – worked at Creative Channel Services
Pros – Better pay
Better training
More reliability
Work for you to get more hours
Timely feedback
Timely response from managers
Obvious passion for workplace
If looking for part time weekend work then work with CCS
Cons – Periodic breaks in program
No opportunity for advancement
Little in rewards from 1st party company
Can sometimes get hung out to dry if store is out of product
Advice to Senior Management – Try to combine programs so that the break periods for programs can be off set by someother type of work. Other than that a great place to work and much much better in all aspects than any other point of sale company.

Former Employee – worked at Creative Channel Services
Pros – The company and management are very flexible, offer great benefits since they are a part of Omnicom, and have an amazing culture at the office and remotely. This company is great for outgoing and self-motivated people.
Cons – I felt more part of the client company than CCS at times. They also did not offer much chances for advancement.
Advice to Senior Management – Get more remote employees involved in company matters.
