Pros
I think that there is no reasons to work for them, exept total absence of revenues and job opportunities.
Cons
The bank has a lot of bad assets, problems with IT and liquidity. There are huge personnel turnover, caused of tough and unfair treatment of employees.
Advice to Senior Management
It would be rather feedback to owners of this bank. It is a good idea to change Senior Management, if they want to maintain performance at acceptable level.
