    I worked at Credit Suisse as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    1)Stipend , Team lunch with managers in a 5 star hotels (atleast twice a month)
    2)Flexible hours - no in time and out time .you can come at anytime and leave at any time .
    3)Training classes from Managers and mentors which no other company will provide to interns
    4)Intern has the right to question even the CEO of Credit Suisse where as even managers cannot .
    5)Cab facility .
    6)Chilled out environment and good employees around.
    7)best way to get exposed to corporate world for freshers
    8)Philanthropy events
    9)sport events
    10)Internal Mobility

    Cons

    No additional perks
    Nothing else to think of
    No cons in particular depends on the team and your manager
    as company ethics are good no cons to think of

    Started as a Centre of Excellence but now slowly becoming a offshoring model.

    Pick and Drop Cab facility

    Cons

    - Hopeless leadership
    - Puppets have good future and not talent
    - Anti poaching agreement with TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture and couple of other leading companies
    - No tansperancy and no open communication

    India operations is pathetic and I am clearly referring to CS India.
    Learn the basics of management skills.
    Identifying the right talent
    Avoid bossism

    useless middle level management

    Pros

    Credit Suisse compensation plan is very attractive. Gives all its employees Cab pick and drop facility. Lot of hype

    Cons

    This company is NOT coming from Service Industry. People here are very bossy and are not ready to mingle easily with the new joiners. They pretend to be extra professional. No onsite opportunity. people who want to built there carrier in banking sector, this company is good for them. No technical work is done here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please focus on training the senior management to be a good professional and not the boss.
