    Pros

Given its size, company is more manageable to navigate. Given some experience and the right personality, it is feasible to know the right people to help with cross lines of business efforts

    Cons

Managers are very disconnected from level of effort behind BAU tasks and there remains regional favoritism. Employee morale is continuously raised as an issue but had not seen it addressed. Compensation not aligned to performance and due recognition is compromised via abundance in organizational changes.

    Advice to Management

Strive for some degree of stability and focus on what is claimed to be the company's #1 asset - its people

Little internal mobility specifically across different departments. Teams we're run too thin making the work life balance hard to achieve year after year.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Work-life balance is good especially for employees with families. Compensation is competitive. Excellent benefits and in general, good people. If you make the effort, you can succeed.

    Cons

Limited growth opportunities. With the right connections, there are opportunities but you must "play the game" to make those connections.
