Pros
Nice place to work in general. As someone else said, mediocrity reigns in a few areas, but if you are good, it's recognized as well.
Cons
It's a mixed bag. Some areas work too hard in a cow-boy mode, some are too relaxed, and some get the balance right. It's split about even between these 3 areas - and depends on where you end up.
Advice to Senior Management
