I had been given the opportunity to grow technically and professionally. I had been truly challenged while working for the credit union. If you like keeping busy this is the place for you.

Cons

At times the challenge of implementing new technology with short implementation time made the job challenging. At time more resources could have been given.

Advice to Senior Management

The one thing that I liked about Credit Union ONE was putting people first. I would suggest the move back toward that position.

You gain experience in banking and loans fast.

Management is poor and does not support employees.

Treat your employees with respect and as well as you treat yourself.
