quick job but high turn over rate

I worked at Creditors Interchange

Proseasy to get hired, set your own schedule, great co-workers, long or short lunch breaks, laid back office setting

Conslack of recognition, lack of training, lots of negativity with new employees, working doubles to get any kind of time off, working weekends and late nights multiple weeks in a row, not as accomodating for disabled, poor location next to the main airport, not good personal relationships with management and employes, bonus' were given to the same people and no one new could get higher up or get bigger accounts

Advice to Senior Managementmore positive energy, less negativity and a lot less criticism of every detail about the job

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

ProsGood friends, good pay and benefits. Good location

Conspromotions and client assignments are not based on performance, but who is on the "good list" for the month. Excessive micro management and hours. Very unprofessional and many unprofessional activities going on during work hours. No place to have a life outside of work.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpper management - take off the rose colored glasses. You need to "SEE" what is really going on. The good ones driving the staff, getting the performance despite the treatment they get from their managers are the ones you should be talking to. Lower level - respect your staff and they will work for you. Stop belittling and berating your collectors.
