I have been working at Crescent Directional Drilling full-time

    Pros

Great company that makes sure all of its employees are happy and all of the employees have anything they need or desire to help them be as efficient as possible.

    Cons

Work is almost too much fun!

    Pros

    Small company, lots of work.

    Cons

Most of management are great folks, but a few are excessively undiisicplined, inconsistent, unpredictable, and unprofessional. Poor performance is not effectively dealt with and quality, reliability, and safety suffer as a result.

    Advice to Management

If you have not SERIOUSLY considered developing core values for your company before, do so now and then measure everything that you do to them. You have a great opportunity to bust out and become a perennially top rated small company. Don't waste that.
