    Pros

Discount for Verizon. Training. Hotel program. Sights. Sense.

    Cons

Every player is too large of a person to put themselves in the small people's shoes who make this machine run.

    Pros

    -- Getting a Paycheck.
-- The Insurance is actually pretty good.

    Cons

-- You really, I mean really have to earn your paycheck here.
-- Total incompetence. Zero Training. Zero tools. Infinite expectations. Watch out for your hours. Very low mentality people out to get you, you can't trust anyone especially not the management. Sure there are some good honest people there.
-- Bottom line is they give almost everyone the job of 2-4 people and expect them to do it with less pay and less hours and with a big smile.
-- Luck of the draw could be different for you but my experience: A waste of time if you're looking to build a career.
-- They will set you up to fail and put the blame on you without batting an eyelid and will not care if their company suffers as a result. Zero training, zero tools, and infinite expectations. Some of the people here are totally insane if it wasn't for the economy they would have nobody to work for them period.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at people's actions instead of their words. If you're not real your results are gonna reflect it regardless (i.e. you will get fake results). I'm not a complainer you have some serious soul searching to do and man up to your responsibilities as an employer.

    Pros

The company was great to work for, concerned about individuals future careers. The corporate involvement was supportive but not a dictatorship. There was good communications and while expectations for success were high, the goals were achievable. The training that was offered for career development was outstanding.

    Cons

As a management company they may not be employed by owners longer term. Being able to stay with the company would have have been my choice but there weren't opportunities that made relocation available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow for more career growth through benefits allowing relocation.

    Pros

There are some really smart people at the top of the organization. These folks set the tone for everyone else in the company.

    Cons

There are two upper level home office people who stick out like a sore thumb because they're not as smart as they should be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Family atmosphere at my location, good pay for my position if you work hard.

    Cons

Seems like it is very hard to get the tools to do the job. Also, when it is slow, it is very slow. Can be seasonal.

    Current Employee - Front Desk

    Pros

Some of the people are okay

    Cons

Only interested in the bottom line (i.e. spend as little money as possible)
    Terrible pay
Lied to staff when they took over. They told us nothing would change, and they promptly fired the Rooms Division Manager, F & B Manager, and HR Director because they were being paid too much.
They complain when the lowest paid staff members get an extra hour of overtime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest when you say nothing will change
