    Pros

Training provided for everything and less work pressure

    Cons

Work environment is like a jail, doesn't look like software firm... Poor management. People leave company so frequently. The positive comments you see; are made by Crest senior management itself. So don't rely on it. Please talk to ex-employee/employee to get correct picture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Poor HR policies .. Hire better senior manager's...People leave company soon ask them to why and change accordingly..improve hike according to MNC standards....

    Pros

The technology and development process is cutting edge. You will get challenging work.
The team is technically well equipped and you will get a chance to work with plenty of talented professionals.
The management has put in a lot of efforts towards employee policy and I much say that they have a nice policy for now.
They are pay masters and The HR Head Mr. Manuel has made sure that the pay structure is quite transparent to the employee.
They have short term on-site opportunity.

    Cons

Previous there were some issues with Employee policy, but now there have overcome all those GAPS.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it Up. Growing at a good pace.

    Pros

Culture at Crest IT is like a start-up company. The management is very open minded and we strongly believe in Agile. No micro-management and people are self motivated. Plenty of opportunities to grow and the best technology stack to offer. We are developing products in the area of content delivery, search, online learning and use J2EE, Scala, Play, Angular, Marklogic, MongoDB, Documentum, SAP HANA etc for the same.

Most important part of being associated with Crest is that it is a Springer Business + Media, which is a German company. The people are very nice to work with.

    Cons

You might have read lots of negative reviews so far about this company. Most of them are from the Premedia division which is a BPO/KPO unit of Crest. Most of the hires are fresh graduates from college who are required to do exactly one thing right again and again. I do not have much exposure to this division but Technology division is definitely the best part of Crest.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We could improve on the branding to attract the best talent in the industry.
