Above average compensation, with an opportunity to wear a lot of different hats. Opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of operations, some very good managment people to work with

Cons

Be prepared to work seven days a week with little free time. Virtually non-existant positive feedback, and an awful lot of negative. Keep your thoughts to yourself, they aren't wanted at this employer.

Advice to Senior Management

Learn that people are your biggest asset, and treat them as human beings rather than cogs in the wheel. Retention of personnel will go a long way towards improving morale and put some continuitiy in the operation.
