    Pros

If you work hard, show initiative, and apply yourself then there is room for upward mobility.

    Cons

The quality of management is lacking in a lot of areas and the quality of product suffers because cutting costs is more important than delivering great food. Prepare to be frustrated by incompetence, low wages, and strange policies.

    Advice to Management

Thank about who you want to be as a company and stop sacrificing the well-being of your associates and your customers for another penny to add to the pile.

    Pros

I got to work in a team, and there was always someone there to help, in the case that I didn't know what I was doing. The people were always friendly and worked in teams.

    Cons

It was predominantly females I was working with, so there was A LOT of gossip, which made it harder to work.

    Pros

Food is good, restaurants are clean, and closed on most major holidays. Stores close early and are easy to close.

    Cons

In the past, hard work was rewarded. Now there is an expectation for hard work, and there is little if any reward. The bonus structure is laughable and the management salaries are below the industry average.

    Advice to Management

Pick a plan (long term) and stick with it. How can you know if the change is working if you do not give it time to work. Also, give the individual restaurants more freedom to go out and get new business.

    Pros

The staff was fun to work with, I loved some of the regular customers we had, and the food is yummy

    Cons

I worked 8 people's jobs every day because the managers didn't know how to manage. I was always scheduled 40 hours a week even though I was part time so I never got any of the benefits of working full time even though I was. ASKING FOR A RAISE IS A JOKE. They don't promote from within either so all the new managers that came in had NO IDEA what Crispers was about. Why don't you try promoting from within so the managers KNOW HOW CRISPERS RUNS.

    Advice to Management

TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER, AND PROMOTE FROM WITHIN!!!!

Decent food and clean environment , usually a good loyal staff on hand. Closed on the major holidays.

    Cons

Lacking true upper management leadership. No clear direction for the company and its identity.

    Pros

At the time, there was a great opportunity to grow with the company.

    Cons

Outside hires were compensated with higher salaries than the people been promoted within.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in training and marketing.

    Pros

    Ability to interact with customers.

    Cons

Over worked and under paid. Company is constantly changing to try to make a profit.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more and lessen the employee turnover.

    Pros

Great to build relationships as a college student.

    Cons

Too many to list. Cheap labor, management is always breathing down your neck, raises are laughable. Hard work is rewarded with even more work instead of promotions or raises. Management treats employees like slave labor.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as better. Listen to your employees. When someone has worked 10 hours, try to give them a break so they too can be fed.

    Pros

Quality of life can be good for GM with a 50 hour work week.

    Cons

Zero benefits and overbearing senior management. All about managing the loss for the last 3 years.

    Pros

The hours were solid when you could get them, the people were fun, and the food was good. The uniforms weren't too bad either. The front area was pretty small, so closing up was a breeze. The desserts were also amazing. My favorite thing used to be the iced mocha. It used to be made by the batch and we would get to drink it instead of throwing it out at night.

    Cons

Customers would often complain about high prices. Gets really really busy during lunch. Managers would often cut hours to keep labor low.
