Former Employee – worked at Criterion Brock full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great opportunity for sales professionals, easy to grow territory as marketshare is on the lower end of things, Regional support from national account reps
Cons – Lots of paperwork, hard to accomidate customer special requests or custom orders for popular brands, company' overall low inventory strucuture
Advice to Senior Management – Try on different shoes, focus on market share before expansion into new markets, make support staff step up and fulfill orders and maximize time of field sales by letting them sell and spend less time on reports and paperwork
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Criterion Brock full-time for more than a year
Pros – Very nice people from top to bottom. Opportunity for good compensation for Account Exec job. I was consistently told to err on the side of customer service and always do the right thing.
Cons – I honestly cannot think of any. I'm no longer with the company for personal reasons, nothing to do with the company and would consider working there again and would refer friends.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!

Current Employee – been working at Criterion Brock full-time
Pros – Nicest people you will ever meet working there.
Cons – Salaries are so out of line with market rate it is obscene. Not sure how they will compete for good employees when economy improves. Building is old, many employees supply themselves with space heaters to stay warm, workstations outdated and cause ergonomic issues. No training budgets, management is completely out of touch with what makes a company of choice for employees, or they don't care.
Advice to Senior Management – Create an environment in which people can comfortably do their work, give them the tools and supplies to succeed.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
