    Pros

Some of the people that work there are good people and mean well. Salary was ok.

    Cons

The owner, Arthur Crivella. The biggest con to working there. He rules by fear. Yells at people like they are dogs in front of the whole company in meetings, threatens to fire them "I can use your salary to buy a new car!", and treats his dogs better than his employees. Speaking of his dogs, they are allowed to roam the building. So while you are doing your work, they come up to you and bother you. Poop right in the middle of the hallway. Etc.

    Advice to Management

Owner needs to get a soul. Don't expect people to work 60 plus hours a week.

    Pros

    Free parking; easy interstate access

    Cons

Management is completely ineffective. It's a race to put fires out every day. Customers are promised impossible results under ridiculous timeframes and are rewarded with excuses and inferior products. Payroll was late a few times. As the other reviewer pointed out, at least two people fall asleep at their desks and in meetings regularly.

    Advice to Management

Hire people that know how to run a business and LISTEN to them.
