Former Employee – worked at Crocs full-time for more than a year
Pros – A Great part of working for crocs was the uniform. The environment was always a pleasant one. The diversity of clientele and employees allowed for a wider margin of personal and company growth. The possibilities for growth in both position and salary was attainable and was achieved through hard work and determination. Overall a great product.
Cons – A downfall was the inexperience of some people that were put in charge. Rather than promoting those who have showed determination and responsibility, a person off the street was brought in, maybe to cut costs.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote from within. There are people currently stumped for growth due to the inexperience of the person put in charge, and also people put in charge that don't have the experience or understanding of the job or concept.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Crocs full-time for more than a year
Pros – Work / Life balance was good - company is on the rebound with good sales and new direction
Cons – Too many changes in management with too many changes in direction - get agreement among management instead of fighting for position and career
Advice to Senior Management – Walk the talk and be more humble to your employees and don't yell at them as much in meetings

Current Employee – been working at Crocs full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – 1) View of the mountains on Highway 52
Cons – 1) A disfunctional and underqualified executive team
2) A culture of screaming and finger pointing
3) No upward mobility
4) No mentorship
5) Lack of leadership and consistent micro-management
6) Extremely high turnover
7) The sales ops organization
8) The M3 method is unproven and a time suck
Advice to Senior Management – Take a break from looking out for yourselves and your compensation. Instead, focus those efforts on investing in the right employees and building up smart people instead of just promoting those that are busy playing politics.

Former Employee – worked at Crocs full-time for more than a year
Pros – Most employees good and hard working. Free shoes.
Cons – The COO yells at employees in meetings like an aggravated chimpanzee! His favorite director works to fire anyone she doesn't get along with. HR is afraid of these two so nothing is done. IT does not understand the software and there are many compatibility issues between macs, pcs, and software making work much more difficult than it needs to be.
Advice to Senior Management – Replace the nasty upper managers with people who will respect employees. Get IT act together.

Current Employee – been working at Crocs full-time for more than a year
Pros – -Free on-campus gym (treadmills, free weights, ellipticals etc.. even free workout classes during the day)
-50% off everything they make plus $50/quarter toward shoes
-9/80 program (work 80 hrs in 9 days and get 10th day off)
-Discounted, catered meals each day
Cons – There is currently a lot of frequent turnover in the upper management. For a company that believes in bringing fun, color, and innovation to the world's feet there sure isn't much color around the majority of the building interior. Most work places are decorated in muted greys and whites. The office spaces could be more fun and colorful for sure.
