Company is driven from product side by engineering which is quite conservative and VP for Services tries to control almost every aspect of communication and does the micromanagement.

Advice to Senior Management

Let people do their job and trust them. Most of experienced people from services team already left as new comers were constantly promoted even when demonstrated lack of required skills.
