    Pros

Good Tech, Fun Projects. The company is moving forward with there technologies and products. The engineers are very good but overloaded.

    Cons

Never enough time or resources to finish the job. We are always trying to catch up after the product has shipped.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to invest in people and resources to continue to make good progress. Give the employees a chance to do the best they can.

I have been working at Crossing Automation

    Pros

Crossing was a small startup just a year ago. They aquired Asyst when it went bankrupt and new CEO was put in place along with other Asyst managers. The CEO seems like a good guy - very straight shooter. The technical staff is outstanding.

    Cons

Asyst legacy products require a lot of support
Pay has been reduced for a year now.
    Benefits are just OK.
    Requires a lot of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show a roadmap the obsoletes the old Asyst products and replaces them with cheaper easier to maintain new products. Please restore our pay now that the company is making money. Hire more people.
