I have been working at Crossroads Wireless

    Pros

It is a very loyal company that has very good intentions. Management staff below the CEO is very knowlegable.

    Cons

One person runs the company. Information is not shared. People in the organization are often confused about what is expected. People are given very little direction and are afraid to make mistakes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The CEO needs to let the people do their job. If you do not have faith in your people, make a change. People need to grow.
