Pros
Corporate office building is top notch. People are extremely nice and smart. Great training at the junior level. Ability to work directly with managing directors.
Cons
Limited upward mobility. Must accept below market pay for strong work life balance. Management communication can be poor and frustrating at times.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay market salaries to employees and they will be far more motivated to work hard. Work harder to communicate your decisions clearly.
