    Pros

multiple locations and customers with limited options. inexperienced and cost conscious upper management will hire you without the proper qualifications.

    Cons

see pros. also no upward mobility, terrible healthcare coverage shenanigans, disappearing holidays and other benefits, racist and sexist management.

    Advice to Management

fire yourselves and find replacements who are experienced, educated, cultured, classy, and honest.

    Pros

You can earn a respectable income without a higher education degree.

    Cons

Having to outrun your colleague to the door to catch clients all the time is very humiliating. It gets old quickly. You have to master the office politics game to gain access to more clients. Internet, phone , and lease turn in clients are passed to management favorites. You will work long hours including Saturdays

    Advice to Management

Don't play the favoritism game. It destroys honest competitiveness Level the Plainfield. If you doubt one of your sales staff ability, don’t keep him or her in your staff. You owe it to yourself and your employee not to waste time.

    Pros

Car discounts was the only benefit of working here.

    Cons

Everything, long hours, HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL management and training.

    Advice to Management

Try treating your sales staff like adults rather than children when they fall short. This will create better morale, which equals better sales, which equals more money. Also take the time to train new hires before throwing them to the wolves and giving their ups to older veteran salesman.

    Pros

When I sit down to compare the benefits of this job with the costs, they don't equal out. This is one of the most horrific companies I had to work for. Yeah the outcome of sales they had were positive, but every single employee hates their job. They are treated with little respect, if any, are asked to give up their families, and are reminded how awful they are every single day.

    Cons

A job with this company is not worth it, even if you're just trying to build up your resume. My time here has ruined my passion for cars and the car industry.

    Advice to Management

Be a leader. It is hard to work hard for someone who does not give a crap about your life, and whats in your best interest. Know that every employee hates coming to work in the morning because they know they were there less than 10 hours ago.

    Pros

Fellow employee's are mostly very nice and competent. Most are dedicated and work hard, but not for much, nor are they appreciated.

    Cons

Horrible pay, Horrible leadership, Horrible life/work balance, Horrible benefits, completely dysfunctional senior leadership, they rate everything and everyone but themselves, which serves them well. Senior leadership totally brash and delightfully uniformed.

    Advice to Management

Try asking employee's about YOUR performance, ask about fair wages, ask about their commitment to crown, ask anything at all. Never met so many clueless people in my life! The most amusing thing is the way you sing each others praises, brings a cheerful tear to my eye every time.

    Pros

Seeing the newest cars for sale and sometimes getting to drive them around a little bit. Very easy job that requires very little thought therefore not adding to the stress of being in school and studying. Our direct manager was very nice and cared about us.

    Cons

Work is not appreciated by salesmen. Majority of them treat you as you are disposable and they are better than you. (Not all but most of them) Line of work is very repetitive and gets monotonous.

    Advice to Management

Ask your employees how things are going within the work environment even if its just small talk. Act as if you care they are there.
