I have been working at Crown Lift Trucks
Pros – They have the most structured lift truck supply chain to service your fork litf needs, but also the most expensive!
Cons – In sales they preach about how much money you can make, but if they decide that your making more than they want you to, your territory will be changed. Commissions are paid when the client pays for the product, which is about a 90-120 day turn around. If you leave the company, any commissions due will be forfeited due to terms of job contract. Commonly a sucessful sales person will have $10,000 to $20,000 Pending!!!! GONE. Its ok pay, but consider that you use your own car, and need to replace it every 2 - 3 yrs.
Advice to Senior Management – Employees and clients are the people who built this company to its current sucess. Its no longer about anything but, the all holy dollar. $$$$
