Interesting work, get to be creative, good to see your finished work impress the customers.

Cons

Just because someone can afford to own a franchise, this doesn't make them a good manager/leader.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep all employees on the same page on the same page and don't be afraid to work yourself.

Pros

The ability for Advancement,the employee discount, the vacation time is ok and u can request days off when needed

Cons

The Schedule can vary and hours may change around depending on store, and pay isn't too good too start off unles u move up.

Advice to Senior Management

Help out your sub stores more and dnt put all pressure on the store owners, being the corporate head u should want to see all stores succeed
