-Easy schedule with very few required overtime hours

Cons

-Fixed wages
-Dirty job anyway you look at it - Working with customers is frustrating at times due to ignorant and rude customers, working in the shop is physically challenging, and working outside on the lot is something where you have to work in the heat all day

Advice to Senior Management

Introduce an opportunity to grow with increasing wages, benefits to employees like dental and medical coverage, more team building exercises.
