Pros
Commitment to learning and professional growth; decent benefits package; flexible for personal needs; caring management team. Pleasant people - not cut throat environment; truly interested in employees well being.
Cons
Dispersed executive team can sometimes lead to slow decision making and response times
Advice to Senior Management
Value input from many employees -not just core group of execs. Find more ways to bring people together.
Pros
Salary
Paid Time Off
Nice work environment
Cons
Micro Management
Advancement is limited
If you are remote you do not exist
Pros
pay is decent for work load
Cons
little recognition of employees or opportunity for growth
Advice to Senior Management
get to know you employees and their abilities. There's untapped talent not being used, and others with no talent being rewarded.
Pros
Decent salary and bonus structure (when the company was doing well)
Cons
Ad-hoc performance reviews which had no relevancy on annual salary increase or bonuses.
Pros
Great enviroment, Most are pleasent to work with. Not mirco managed
Cons
Benefits, salary, raises are poor. Once the job market changes would expect people will start looking as crump continues to decress the benefit for staying as an employee.
Advice to Senior Management
Compensation, benefits, 401K
Pros
Opportunity to show up, do your job and leave.
Cons
Time Financial Branch has issues with employees respecting management and fellow employees. There are not many incentives to go above and beyond your job description. No bonuses ever. Disrespect amount employees.
Advice to Senior Management
It is said that Crump Group is run in a great fashion, however, Time Financial is not. There needs to be more respect and move communication with the parent company. Most of the employees are very unhappy, but feel they have no where to go given the current job market. It is a sad place to work.
Pros
It's a younger crowd, and everyone is friendly.
Cons
Instead of hiring enough personnel, you're expected to work longer hours and come in on the weekends to finish all rating and quotes.
Advice to Senior Management
Instead of changing protocol every week and blowing a fuse when someone forgets which was it's supposed to work that day, it's better to actually find something that works and improve on it. As well, it's best to learn to control your anger problems.
Pros
Good company to "get your foot in the door" with, if you're just starting out. The company likes young talent.
Great company for gaining a good working knowledge of both the banking and software industries.
Nearly everyone encountered is very friendly, easy to work with, and willing to lend a helping hand to others. The company atmosphere is also very open and gay-friendly.
Cons
The company is ridiculously understaffed for the amount of work to be generated on a regular basis. As a result, putting in occasionally long hours is more the rule than the exception.
Pay raises are skimpy, regardless of merit. --- Usually just slightly exceeding your yearly standard-of-living increases.
Advice to Senior Management
Give more acknowledgment and rewards to extraordinary employees. Expand your benefits package. Provide more enticements to retain your employees.
Pros
Great benefits, market leader in field, nice employees.
Cons
Leadership struggles with making difficult decisions which paralyzes progress.
Advice to Senior Management
Know your competition better, focus on core business, hold each other accountable, trust each other, commit. Listen to your employees.
