Pros
They do have a training program. You have the option to work with a agent xmd she gets half of your commission
Cons
The other realtors will not help you. It is up to you to hustle and grow. Big deals that call are given to broker.
Advice to Senior Management
Try to be fair. It would be nice if the broker takes the new agent by their wing and help.
Pros
I personally loved they people in our office except for the Broker
Cons
Can not justify (see the benefits) all the money they took out of my commissions
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing that they have not already heard from others
Pros
Name recognition in Memphis and Nashville.
Cons
Horrible commission splits. They are also negotiable. Don't take 60/40 as the final split.
Advice to Senior Management
Better splits. Share leads brokers receive. Especially REO Managing Broker leads.
Pros
Great communication, room for advancement & on hands management
Cons
Pay is minimal & a need for additional clerks
Advice to Senior Management
The low men on the totem pole keep this company running smoothly, realize that!
Pros
Flexibility in the tech you use. You have the freedom to make decisions that shape the area that you are working in. This allows you to pursue self-taught education in fields that interest you to prepare for future employment.
Cons
Pay, benefits, clients (real estate agents) are the lowest level of end-user imaginable. You may have to teach some of the older agents how to reboot a computer. Many look down on the IT folks as people that just fix the paper jams. Very little respect given for the most part.
Advice to Senior Management
A ham as a Christmas bonus is laughable. Getting an automated email and postcard on our birthdays shows how impersonal the company is to there already underpaid employees. Having an employee appreciate lunch where you give out gifts that were donated by vendors and the cheapest meal that the hotel will provide does the opposite of appreciation. Just give it up and throw us the $25 a piece you spent on the event.
