    Pros

It felt like a family atmosphere where you felt welcome beginning with your first day.

    Cons

Financial compensation did not match job responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Incentives for exemplary employees. Even a slight increase in pay would help increase company morale. Remove the bad apples that tend to poison the well.

    Pros

Great flexible schedule for part-time people. They are very understanding, especially with college students. I am ever so greatful for a professional diverse corporate work environment.

    Cons

low pay and no benefits for part-timers. I was only 5 hours short from being "full time" and still had no benefits

    Advice to Management

Offer Higher pay for Sales RES agents they do the bulk of the work and are first point of contact. and offer at least partial benefits to part-timers

    Pros

As an employee, you can get travel perks - discounts for air, hotel & car rentals. Even on cruises with Crystal.

    Cons

They pay soooo little, that a regular associate cannot enjoy a cruise with Crystal.

    Advice to Management

Recognize your employees that go above and beyond. They already get paid so little, and their morale kept down with little employee benefits.

    Pros

Well organized and genuinely care about on board employees (I say 'on board', because that's where I worked. I did not work at their corporate office in LA). Fare amount of time off to explore the ports. Great changing itineraries to mix things up.

    Cons

Long hours (but what cruise ship isn't).

    Pros

A fun open company to work with. Company has managed to avoid the "corporate America" prevelant in many US organizations,

    Cons

Office location in downtown LA was not my favorite, hated the daily driving commute with a passion.
